After five years working as a yacht stewardess, I found my way into the galley-bringing with me a real understanding of service, flow, and what guests actually want. I'm now blending the flavors I grew up with from my Jamaican dad and Mexican mom- with my own wonderfully American childhood to create food that's bold, flavorful, and perfect for life on the water.
